Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Purpose Beauty, we strive to deliver products in perfect condition and ensure a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds may be requested.


Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Expired product received

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us within the return window and share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Brief description of the concern

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Return Review & Verification

  • All requests are reviewed within 2 working days.
  • Approved returns may qualify for reverse pickup (subject to service availability).
  • Products are verified upon receipt at our facility.

After successful verification, we will initiate:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Refund

Purpose Beauty reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes verification.

  • Refund Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment source

Refund confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our end.


Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Approval of cancellation depends on the processing status of the order.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged after delivery

If a package appears tampered with or opened at the time of delivery, please reject the package and notify us immediately.


Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Claims without proper supporting evidence may be declined.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on the serviceable location.
  • Purpose Beauty reserves the final decision on all return and refund requests.
